Five Day Beef Short Ribs with
Sweet Potato ~ there's that beautiful
Slow-Cookin with toasted herbs.

Lamb Shank also gets
"the treatment " Served with
Israeli Cous Cous Pilaf.

Sweet Potato Ravioli with roasted sweet potatoes so different with a Smokey Flavor even the non sweet potato people really enjoy them.
Back to Ravioli- handmade organic pasta flour makes a more tender and sweeter dough. Served with greens Sauteed in Butter till aromatic amber๐Ÿ‚ is Intoxicating ๐Ÿ‚

Just picked Fava Beans and House Ricotta for the Ravioli ~ Seems so Yummy with Brown Butter and Herbs.
