On the day I was at the Niles Gourmet Country Market, Sandie had made pumpkin ravioli. She made me a plate with brown butter sage sauce. Please people, let me just tell you, Oh my God, here I am at this way out random location in upstate New York enjoying the most fabulous rendition of pumpkin ravioli I have ever had the good fortune to sample.
